Historic Dickeyville Neighborhood

Stone Hill Design Associates, Inc. provided landscape architectural services for this historic neighborhood. Working closely with community leaders, a detailed Master Plan was developed which incorporated the common goals of improved lighting, signage, pedestrian circulation, and enhancing the neighborhood’s identity and character.

Consensus was achieved through the use of questionnaires, meetings, and presentations which were used to gather input and to convey ideas. Illustrative Presentation boards were developed as well as a Supplemental Booklet outlining the ideas and providing lists of materials, design studies, etc.
