Coordination efforts are performed with the client, contractor, and landscape architect to ensure the proper exchange of information, as well as the successful implementation of the design. Construction administration services include, but are not limited to:

• Client and/or Contractor meetings

• Review of bids & estimates

• Review of existing site preparation & progress

• Review of Contractor Submission of Samples

• Final walk through and punch list
